FSG Research Finds Advancing Frontline Staff of Color Drastically Advances Organizational Equity
In a brand new report published just this week, FSG and PolicyLink identify 23 practices to advancing equity within an organization. Though funded by Walmart, the study provides practices that an organization of any size could begin implementing immediately to advance organizational equity.
This study includes an impressive mixed-methods research approach and sample of 2.6 million employees and HR practices and records spanning the past 30 years.

- In order to create equitable culture and environments, organizations had to reach beyond the business-as-usual approach and truly embrace changes in practice that would create lasting change for employees of color
